The Committee on Economic Policy recommends that the Parliament should adopt as a basis and in entirety the draft law “On Accounting and Financial Reporting in Ukraine” (re simplifying the process of preparation and presentation of financial reporting for self-employment entities)

The bill (Reg. No. 3138) suggests clarify requirements for self-employment entities regarding presentation of financial reporting.

Particularly, legal entities who are self-employment entities, according to the norms of the Commercial Code shall prepare and present financial reporting, stipulated for small business entities, to the respective authorities once a year.

According to the people’s deputies, the implementation of the draft law’s provisions will promote investment attractiveness of the country, development of entrepreneurship and facilitation of self-employment entities activity.
